John and Anna were able to perform in the Children's Christmas Musical this week at Oakdale Baptist, titled Star of Wonder. Kudos to Angie Ruffin and her crew for the many hours of practice and costuming to prepare this delightful story told from the perspective of the stars on the night Jesus was born.
John played the role of the grumpy North Star.
Anna played the role of the gun-slinging cowgirl Shooting Star.
Anna kicked-off the play by reciting Luke 2:8-14,
which is the verse she memorized for Christmas.
All the kids did a great job!
